"Not much variety, honestly"
I stopped by hoping to find a few different indoor plants, but the selection felt limited. A lot of them looked kind of the same, and a couple things I had in mind weren’t there at all. It’s not even about needing some huge rare plant section or anything, I just expected a bit more variety. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but it was still a little disappointing.

"Pretty close to what was shown"
I gave it 4 stars because, to be fair, the plant looked almost exactly like the photos. The color seemed just a little different once I had it in my room, but that could be the lighting too. Size and shape were shown so I can’t really complain much.

"I got two of these and they’re actually..."
I got two of these and they’re actually nicer than I expected. They feel solid and don’t have that cheap plasticky look, which was good because I needed them for that spot by the door. One of them had a small mark on the side, but it’s not really noticeable once everything’s set up. Overall, I’m happy with them.

"Looked good at first, but didn’t last"
It looked really nice when I first got it, and I was hoping it would hold up longer. Reading between the lines, though, it seems like it may be more for short-term enjoyment than something that’s going to last a long time. Mine only made it a few months, so it was okay, just not great.

I ordered from leaf-supply.com the delivery wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t quick either. It showed up a few days later than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on like I always end up being the one stuck waiting. The package did arrive fine in the end, so I can’t say it was a disaster. Still, 3 stars feels fair

"Got fixed eventually, but it dragged on"
I had an issue with my order and yeah, they did sort it out in the end, so fair enough there. But it took way too much back and forth, and I felt like I was the one constantly chasing just to get basic updates. The plant arrived okay in the end, nothing major wrong with it, but the whole thing was kind of a hassle. Not sure I’d order again unless their support gets a bit better.

"Packaging gave a bad first impression"
The box showed up crushed and looked cheaply put together. I know I probably jumped to conclusions right away, but it made me assume the whole thing was packed without much care.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order showed up on time, so that was good, but the box was crushed on one side and there was soil spilled everywhere inside. The plants were mostly okay, but I had to spend extra time cleaning them up and repotting a bit, which was kind of annoying. It really could’ve used more padding. Not the worst experience, but definitely more effort than I wanted to deal with.

"Decent site, but stock was a bit hit or miss"
I had an okay experience overall. The site was easy to use and I was able to browse without any issues, but a few things I actually wanted were out of stock, which was a little frustrating. Still, it wasn’t a bad experience, just wish the inventory was more consistent

I ordered from leaf-supply.com and the checkout was just really simple. The pages loaded fine, my payment went through without any issues, and I got the confirmation email quick. it was just no stress at all and I’d use them again.

"Plants looked clean to me"
I did my usual quick check when they arrived, they looked great. No bugs, no weird spots, nothing crawling around. My rule of thumb is if I don’t see anything after a once-over, I’m happy, and these passed easily

"Pretty much exactly what I expected"
I ordered from Leaf Supply and, i was a little cautious at first like I usually am when buying online. I checked the details carefully before ordering, and the product showed up just as described. The size, look, and little details matched the page really well, so there weren’t any weird surprises when it arrived. Based on this experience, I’d feel comfortable buying again.

"Pretty disappointed with the book quality"
I was let down when this arrived. The pages feel really thin, the print is kind of blurry, and the cover showed up bent. For the price, I expected a lot better. And of course, trying to sort it out just means dealing with some automated system instead of an actual person, which makes the whole thing even more frustrating

"Refund and replacement felt like an eternity"
I’m so frustrated. I waited and waited for my refund and replacement, and it felt like time had completely stopped. Still no refund, and at this point I’m losing my mind over how long this is taking...

"Maybe it’s just me, but the packaging felt wasteful"
Maybe it’s just me, but I was disappointed by how much plastic was in the box. I was expecting something a bit more eco-friendly, so opening it and seeing all that packaging was a letdown.

"Easy to use, just a little slow"
I used leaf-supply.com while browsing for some plant supplies, and overall it was a smooth experience. The site is easy to navigate, the menus make sense, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I was looking for.

I’d probably give it 4 stars because a few pages loaded a bit slowly, and the filters could be a little more helpful. That said, checkout was simple and the site worked fine overall, so I’d still recommend giving it a try if you’re shopping for plant stuff.

"Good stuff overall, just a tiny issue"
I ordered a few accessories from leaf-supply.com they were solid. Nothing felt cheap or flimsy, and the items looked like what I was expecting, so that was nice.

I’m only taking off a star because one piece had a small mark on it. Not a huge deal or anything, just one of those things where you notice it and... yeah. Still happy with the order overall and I’d probably shop there again.

"Delivery felt longer than it should’ve"
I’ve ordered twice now, and both times the delivery showed up later than expected. Maybe I’m being a little impatient, but it felt like the tracking barely updated, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. The plants were okay when they arrived, thankfully, but when I reached out to support, they basically just told me to wait. I don’t know, maybe I just had bad luck twice, but the delivery experience was frustrating

"Prices were just too high"
I was actually ready to buy something, but the prices just felt too high. Like, really too high compared to similar stuff I’ve seen elsewhere. I kept looking around thinking maybe I was missing something, but no, it still felt overpriced. For what you get, it just didn’t seem fair to me. Maybe it works for other people, but I couldn’t get past the high prices, so I ended up leaving without buying anything.
